Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
Use LeadFlow at your own risk. By using it, you agree to these terms.
What LeadFlow is
LeadFlow is a local-first lead-generation and cold-outreach tool. It runs in your browser, talks to public data sources (OpenStreetMap) and your connected Gmail account, and sends emails on your behalf.
What you're responsible for
- Compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any local anti-spam laws. LeadFlow auto-appends a physical address and unsubscribe line, but only if you fill in your address. You are responsible for keeping it accurate.
- Honoring unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. LeadFlow marks replies as "stop" if you categorize them that way; you must actually stop emailing those leads.
- Not using LeadFlow for spam, fraud, harassment, phishing, or any illegal activity.
- Your Gmail sending limits. Gmail caps personal accounts at ~500 emails/day and Workspace at ~2000/day. We don't bypass this.
- Keeping your Google Cloud project's OAuth Client ID secure if you're using your own.
What we don't promise
- We don't guarantee email delivery. Spam filters, Gmail reputation, and bounce rates are outside our control.
- We don't guarantee any specific reply rate, conversion rate, or business outcome.
- We don't guarantee uptime. LeadFlow runs on your machine. If it's off, nothing sends.
- We don't provide a service-level agreement. This is software, not a service.
Account-less
LeadFlow doesn't have user accounts in the traditional sense. Your "account" is the browser profile where you use it. There's nothing to log into and nothing we can freeze or revoke.
Third-party services
When you use LeadFlow with Google, OpenStreetMap, Cloudflare, Ollama, Groq, or Reacher, you're also agreeing to their terms. We're not liable for their availability, changes, or outages.
Liability
LeadFlow is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from your use of LeadFlow, including but not limited to: bounced emails hurting your sender reputation, missed replies, domain blacklisting, or lost business.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
